Preschool Admissions and Tuition

ENROLLMENT

Preschool students must be at least three (3) years old to be considered for admission at Kingdom Montessori at Thaddeus Stevens School. Students may be admitted during the school year, upon turning three, if there is space in the class.

There is no registration fee for a child enrolling in Kingdom Montessori.

A deposit is required to hold a spot for the upcoming year. The deposit will be applied to tuition.

APPLICATION

To apply, please complete an application or contact the school at 802-626-0370 to set up a time to meet with the preschool director and observe the classroom. You may also wish to schedule an independent visit for your child.

When you're ready to enroll, we will arrange a payment plan. You'll also receive all the information you'll need regarding preschool policies and procedures, and requesting immunization and emergency contact information.

PRESCHOOL TUITION

For Vermont residents where the State pays $3,764 for the 2023-2024 school year for the first 10 hours of attendance,* parents are responsible for the remaining tuition as follows:

5 Days: $6,126
4 Days: $5,279
3 Days: $3,866
2 Days: $1,888
5 Mornings: $2,509

Contact the School if you prefer a weekly attendance plan not offered above.

We are not currently able to offer financial aid for preschool. Financial aid becomes available at the Kindergarten year. We do accept childcare subsidy through the State of Vermont.

*Should the State not pay the full amount because of absences, the parent is responsible for any unpaid amount of the state share.
